How to turn one business story into posts for several networks

Write the story once, then shape a separate version for each network instead of pasting the same caption everywhere.

The same announcement should not be copied into every network. A LinkedIn post, an Instagram caption, and a short video can come from one story, but each one has a different length, shape, and reader.

A workable order is: write the full story with no network baked in, agree the core message, then draft each network version from that message. Review those drafts before anything is scheduled.

Start with the story, not the caption

Write what happened, who it is for, and what you want the reader to do. Leave out hashtags and platform formatting. That long version is the source. In Zablyn this is an Article: a headline, a standfirst, sections, and a close.

Example: a clinic wants to explain a new booking rule. The article covers who it affects, what changes, and how to book. It does not yet sound like an Instagram caption.

Keep one core message

Before you write network versions, state the message in a sentence or two. Platform drafts should come from that message, not from a fresh brief each time. In Zablyn, Content holds that core message. Platform versions are written from it.

Write each network from that message

Zablyn can draft versions for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and TikTok. Publish starts from an approved article and walks through the networks you choose, such as a LinkedIn post, a carousel, or a story. You can change the prompt and write a version again.

Edit the draft. A short X post and a LinkedIn post should not match word for word. The facts and the offer should.

Add the video after the story is clear

Studio makes a branded video from a brief and a shape: 9:16, 16:9, 1:1, or 4:5. You can also trim a clip you already have in Cut and save it to Gallery. Publish attaches the file to each post. The video does not replace the written story.

Review, then schedule

Zablyn requires a review before a piece is approved. The check covers the message, facts, brand voice, platform fit, links, and video. From review onward the writing stays locked, so a late edit cannot slip through after sign-off.

Schedule is one calendar. You can plan a post before an account is connected. Posting from Zablyn currently sends to LinkedIn when that account is connected. You can connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X as well, but posting to those networks from the app is not available yet.
